Refund Policy

eSIMs are digital content delivered immediately. Due to the nature of the service:

• A refund may be available if the eSIM was not activated/installed and can still be cancelled with the upstream provider.
• After activation or data usage, refunds are generally not available.
• Technical faults on NaluSim’s side are reviewed case-by-case — contact support.
