NaluSim services are provided by SaltLoc Group LLC. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

NaluSim sells digital eSIM profiles (mobile data) for travel use. After payment, the customer receives activation data (e.g. QR code) in the dashboard and by email.

Customers are responsible for password and device confidentiality. Sharing accounts or bypassing security, rate limits, or payments is prohibited.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Available methods depend on region (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, etc.). Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Digital orders are fulfilled after payment confirmation.

Customers must ensure their device supports eSIM and is network-unlocked. NaluSim is not responsible for local carrier restrictions, device settings, or hardware incompatibility.

The referral program credits a percentage reward to the in-app wallet per current rules. The influencer partner program uses individually negotiated commission rates. Abuse may void rewards.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
