FAQ — frequently asked questions

Short answers on eSIM, install, payments, and what we don’t do.

What is an eSIM?+

An eSIM is a digital SIM profile in your phone — no plastic card. You buy a plan, get a QR code, install it in settings, and use local data at your destination.

How do I install a NaluSim eSIM?+

After payment, the QR and activation details appear in your dashboard and email. iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM. Android (Pixel / Samsung): Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM. Install on Wi‑Fi before you travel.

When should I turn on eSIM data?+

You can install the profile early and enable the data line on arrival (or just before landing). Turn off roaming on your physical SIM to avoid surprise carrier charges.

Does my phone support eSIM?+

Most recent iPhones (XS and newer), Google Pixels, and many Samsung / other models. Check the maker’s docs or look for “Add eSIM” in settings. Dual physical-SIM-only phones won’t work.

Does hotspot / tethering work?+

Yes — on typical NaluSim plans hotspot is allowed. Data used by tethered devices counts against the same plan.

Currencies and payment methods?+

Polish UI = pay in PLN (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK when available). English UI = USD (card / wallets — no BLIK). Catalog prices are USD and converted with an FX safety buffer.

What does a referral code do?+

When someone registers with your code and buys an eSIM, you earn a percent of the order value in your wallet (anonymous — no personal details). Spend the balance on your next purchase.

Refunds and network issues+

eSIM is a digital product — see the refund policy. If a QR fails or there’s no coverage for the plan, contact us via Contact / dashboard and we’ll check the order.
